JUST AWESOME IN SO MANY WAYS...I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!! This may not be a 5 star hotel, heck...by USA standards it's more like a 2.5-3.0. However, the service is 10 star. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk take care of all you need, with a smile and true hospitality. I have stayed here twice on my trips through Manila, and I will never stay elsewhere. Service means a lot to me, and these folks get my vote for most hospitable of the year! Picked me up at the airport (yes, they charge a little extra) and handled my bags all the way to the room. When I tried to order pizza, and my order was more than the delivery service allowed without credit card payment, the young lady at the front desk used her own CC to order for me. Yes, I paid her the money...but it's the SERVICE that matters! This IS my go-to hotel, and will be unless something changes!

We stayed here for a quick over night between flights. For how inexpensive the rooms are I was really surprised at the quality. The rooms were very big, nice comfortable beds. Large restroom with a big shower, hot and cold water in the showers. Wifi was free and fast. The included breakfast was okay, not much but it was free and a good start to the day. The staff were polite and professional. This is the perfect place to stay, close to the airport for a layover.

This is my second time to book into this hotel and I'm very impressed with the upgrades they made. The rooms are clean, well maintained and equipped with much needed toiletries. I would commend their housekeeping staff for their swift services whenever a request is made. It is a 3 star with a free breakfast hotel. There is a complimentary water for every day that you're booked. My tip for you is to book directly at their website because it is a much cheaper alternative rather than booking from from hotels. com etc. I'm very satisfied with their service and will be a repeat customer. Location wise, it's an excellent booking if you're transitioning to and from the airport, very close by

Very surprised and this place should be 3 Star, not 2. Huge spacious rooms, clean, extremely comfortable bed, best nights sleep in 2 weeks! Breakfast great and lovely cosy surroundings! Lovely staff! We will definitely stay when passing by next time! Thank you U.K On the way back in August yippie…

RIIIPPP OOFFFFF!!!!!!!. The website said $29/night. Then at my Credit card statement it showed EXACTLY$50. NO CENTS, JUST $50 EVEN!!!! That is additional $21(72%), increased on the qoute. They added $1.80 resort fee . I did'nt see any …

A bit over charged for that standard. There are a number of small insects inside the room, TV is flickering, air con a bit noisy, booked the hotel car a day before but was told their plate# could not operate the request route in the very morning when check with the front desk.

Highly recommend if you need a hotel close to the airport, they pick you up from airport and drop you off with free of charge . Great value for money.

It’s rubbish hotel in middle of very smelly street. The receptionist Floyd is not honest. I don’t recommend it. The street is 24 hours running a lot of noise and the windows don’t have any isolation. Air conditioning run like old truck …
